Terms & Conditions:
1.
Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference.
2.
An invoice with the Conference
bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of
receipt of your registration. Please make
payment once you have received this invoice to
assist us with identifying your payment in the Conference
bank account.
3.
Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment
has been received, and once the payment has cleared
and been identified in the Conference
bank account.
4.
Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to
Mandy Browne,

5.
Please ensure that all payments make clear reference
to the delegates being paid for, with their unique
pin numbers. (Name, Surname, pin number).
6.
All payments must be made payable to
Renewable Energy Conference .
7.
Registrations are transferable to delegates who have
not yet registered.
8.
Registrations will close on Friday,
23 July 2011
Cancellation Policy:
1.
All cancellations must be received in writing by the
Conference
Secretariat.
2.
Cancellations received before Friday,
30 April 2011
will receive a full refund, less a 10%
administration fee.
3.
Cancellations received between Friday,
30 April 2011
and Friday,
24 June 2011
will receive a 50% refund.
4.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received
after Friday,
24 June 2011.
5.
All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference, and will be issued at the discretion of the organising committee.
6. Delegates will be
charged for invoices issued in case of non- arrival
and failure
to cancel prior to the 23
July 2011

information of delegates
7. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information”
shall be defined as detailed in the
Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000
